Terms & Conditions

Upon sign up you agree to the following points:

  • Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
  • Showstoppers Performing Arts or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.
  • Showstoppers Performing Arts reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up to date should this change by emailing/calling us at info@showstoppersacademy.co.uk or 07584281994.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances, including school trips, holidays, and sickness.
  • Sessions are to be paid for full termly or subscriptions and are unable to be paid for weekly.
  • If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, Showstoppers Performing Arts will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
  • Please ensure your photo permission is up to date as photos may be used on social platforms and for advertising purposes.

Cancellation Policy Subscriptions:

  • Payments are collected on the 1st of each month, in advance.
  • To cancel your child's place, we require one month's written notice.
  • Notice must be given in writing (email is fine). It takes effect from your next billing date, not the date you send it.
  • This means that if you give notice during a given month, that month's payment will still be taken, and your child can continue attending sessions as normal for the rest of that month. Their place will then end, with no further payment taken, from the following month onwards.
  • For example: if you give notice in September, your October payment will still be taken and your child can continue attending sessions throughout October. Their place will end from November, with no payment taken that month.
  • If your child will not be returning after the summer break, please let us know by 31st of July so we can update our registers ahead of the new school year. If we don't hear from you by this date, we'll assume your child is returning, and the standard one month's notice above will apply from whenever we do hear from you.
  • No refunds or partial credits are issued for sessions not attended during the notice period.
