Terms & Conditions
- Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
- Showstoppers Performing Arts or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.
- Showstoppers Performing Arts reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up to date should this change by emailing/calling us at info@showstoppersacademy.co.uk or 07584281994.
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.
- You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
- We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances, including school trips, holidays, and sickness.
- Sessions are to be paid for full termly or subscriptions and are unable to be paid for weekly.
- If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, Showstoppers Performing Arts will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
- Please ensure your photo permission is up to date as photos may be used on social platforms and for advertising purposes.
Cancellation Policy Subscriptions:
- All payments are collected on the 1st of each month, in advance.
- We require 30 days’ written notice to cancel a child’s place.
- Notice given after the 1st of the month will apply from the following billing cycle.
- This means that if cancellation is requested part-way through a month, the subsequent month’s fee remains payable, and the child may continue to attend sessions until the end of that month.
- No refunds or partial credits will be issued for unattended sessions.
